DEE-SWAS and EE-SWAS Clinical data

This study established a clinical dataset comprising 136 patients with Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathy with Spike-Wave Activation in Sleep (DEE‑SWAS) and 136 patients with Epileptic Encephalopathy with Spike-Wave Activation in Sleep (EE‑SWAS) for clinical analysis and research.The study variables included: gender, family history, history of febrile seizures, age at onset, seizure type (generalized, focal, both), monthly seizure frequency, seizure duration, availability of genetic testing results, availability of neuroimaging findings, etiology, use of antiseizure medication polytherapy, drug-resistant epilepsy, number of treatment lines, and prognosis.
