Dataset accessed from https://data.neonscience.org Data are downloaded programmatically using the `neonstore` package, so results may differ slightly from those presented in the manuscript, which were accessed before August 1, 2022. A dockerfile is also included for those interested in sandboxing the analysis, but this simply loads the required packages and allows the user to run the analyses chunk by chunk.
