Single-cell transcriptomic profiling of brain injury induced by extracorporeal life support
收藏资源简介:
To investigate the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying brain injury during extracorporeal life support (ECLS), brain tissue samples were collected following ECLS exposure and subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing using the 10X Genomics platform. This dataset provides a high-resolution transcriptional landscape of brain-resident cell populations, including neurons, glial cells, and immune cells, under ECLS conditions.Single-cell transcriptomic analysis was performed to characterize cell-type-specific transcriptional changes, cellular heterogeneity, and alterations in inflammatory and stress-related pathways associated with ECLS-induced brain injury. The resulting dataset enables systematic exploration of cellular responses and intercellular communication networks in the brain following ECLS, serving as a valuable resource for understanding the pathophysiology of ECLS-related neurological complications and for identifying potential therapeutic targets.
