RNA-seq of Neural Progenitor Cells differentiated from iPSC of a patient with CLN7 Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis compared to an age-matched healthy control

Healthy control iPSC and iPSC derived from a patient with CLN7 Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis (OMIM 610951) were differentiated to Neural Progenitor Cells. Total RNA was purified from these Neural Progenitor Cells and library preparation was performed using the PCR-cDNA Barcoding Kit (SQK-PCB111.24) from Oxford Nanopore Technologies. The prepared library was loaded onto a FLO-PRO002 flow cell and sequencing was carried out using the PromethION 2 Solo.
