The present invention discloses a straw and bamboo wound composite pipe and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite pipe comprises, in a pipe radial direction sequentially from the inside out, an inner liner layer, a reinforced layer and an outer protective layer. The reinforced layer comprises bamboo fiber reinforced layer and straw reinforced layer. The method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a bamboo strip roll using a bamboo material; cutting, along a stem direction, the stem part of the straw into straw strips, degumming and drying the straw strips, arranging the straw strips in parallel to manufacture a straw roll; making the inner liner layer using a fabric and an adhesive; unrolling the bamboo strip roll.
