YACHT pretrained reference database yacht-union-globdb-2026.k31_0.95: Bacteria, archaea, fungi, protozoa and viruses, the most comprehensive YACHT database: GlobDB r232 (GTDB R232 species representatives plus MAG catalogues), GenBank fungi and protozoa (April 2025, without the assemblies NCBI flags as contaminated), NCBI RefSeq viral genomes (January 2025) and the ICTV exemplar viruses (VMR MSL40). Genomes with a GlobDB ID are retrieved from the GlobDB release (see below), which is more involved than for the accession-only database `yacht-union-insdc-2026.k31`. 319149 genomes (from 402672 genome sketches; ANI threshold 0.95). Download with yacht download pretrained_ref_db --name yacht-union-globdb-2026.k31 --ani_thresh 0.95.
