This dataset includes all the relevant data presented in the manuscript entitled "Impact of problem formulations, pipe selection methods and optimization algorithms on the rehabilitation of large-scale water distribution systems". This manuscript is submitted to the Associate Editor Special Issue in the Journal of Water Supply: Research and Technology – AQUA. Its new name, AQUA – Water Infrastructure, Ecosystems and Society, will take effect from 2021.
