Flagellar motor switching patterns of <i>E. coli</i> cells with and without CheR/CheB

The file named “_Raw.txt” represents the raw time trace of the rotational speed of a motor. Motor Y and Motor Y’ indicate two motors located on the same cell. First column represents time (s). Second column represents raw time trace of rotational speed (Hz). The file named “_CK and ternarized.txt” contains the CK‑filtered*1 time trace of the rotational speed and the corresponding rotational direction of a motor.
