SDG 16.5.1 Number of Persons Who Paid a Bribe to a Public Official by Gender

This dataset shows the number of persons in the State of Qatar who had at least one contact with a public official and paid a bribe to that official, broken down by gender, over the period from 2016 to 2021. Bribery here covers money or any other benefit given to obtain a service or a favourable decision. Following the figure by gender shows how exposure to bribery differs between males and females over time.
