资源简介:
Ḥamla-i-Ḥaidarî. This manuscript is now IO Islamic 900 in the India Office collections. [metadata: Hermann Ethé, Catalogue of Persian Manuscripts in the Library of the India Office, 2 vols. (Oxford: India Office, 1903): volume 1, number 139 here with notations and hyperlinks]. 900 Ḥamla-i-Ḥaidarî (حملۀ حيدرى). Another imitation of the Shâhnâma, in the form of a poetical biography of Muḥammad and ‘Alî, a kind of rhymed paraphrase of Mu’în-almiskîn’s معارج النبوّة (Nos. 138-144 in this Cat.), by Muḥammad Rafi’khân, with the takhalluṣ Bâdhil, who died A.H. 1123 (A.D. 1711), but left the work unfinished, which was completed twelve years after, A.H. 1135 (A.D. 1723), by Najaf, who added an older poem on the same subject, by Sayyid Abû Ṭâlib of Iṣfahân, to the end of Bâdhil’s epopee, see Bodleian Cat., Nos. 390 (Khulâṣat-alkalâm, Nos. 9 and 10), 518 and 519; Rieu ii. p. 704; A. Sprenger, Catal., p. 368; W. Pertsch, Berlin Cat., p. 533, and Mohl, préface to the ‘Livre des rois,’ p. lxxvii note. It must not be confounded with another quite modern epopee of the same title, حملۀ حيدرى, and in the same metre, composed by Mullâ Bamûn ‘Alî Kirmânî, with the takhalluṣ Râjî, A.H. 1220 (A.D. 1805), and lithographed in Bombay, A.H. 1264, etc.; see Rieu, loc. cit.; A. Sprenger, Catal., p. 540, and W. Pertsch, Berlin Cat., p. 534. According to the last-named Catal., the original work of Bâdhil was concluded in A.H. 1119 (A.D. 1707, 1708), after fifty years’ labour. It has been lithographed in Lucknow, A.H. 1267. The poem is divided here into two parts, the first beginning, on fol. 1b: بنام خداوند بسيار بخش خرد بخش و دين بخش و دينار بخش The second, on fol. 147b: بنام برآرندۀ كامها – از آغاز داناى انجامها The first heading in the second part is: داستان خيبر و وقائع سال هفتم و امر فرمودن سيّد كائنات مهيّا شدن لشكر اسلام را،. This copy is larger than Ouseley 357 in the Bodleian Library (Bodleian Cat., loc. cit.), the last chapter of that copy being found here on fol. 283b. Copied by Muḥammad A’żam bin Muḥammad Ṣâdiḳ. No date. No. 139, ff. 346, 4 coll., each ll. 20; excellent Nasta’lîḳ; illuminated frontispieces on ff. 1b and 147b; size, 12 in. by 7¼ in.
