The dataset is sourced from the Data Technology and Industrial Informatization Bureau of Qian'an City, and was generated when the bureau fulfilled its duties regarding building energy consumption management under the Digital Qian'an initiative. It encompasses building energy consumption information of Qian'an City, and can be utilized for building energy consumption monitoring, start-stop monitoring of electricity, heating, natural gas and other energy uses, as well as large language model training.
