Assessment of pore-size-dependent biomineralization through surrogate-assisted pore-network models

This dataset supports the assessment of pore-size-dependent biomineralization using surrogate-assisted pore-network models. It contains model inputs, simulation outputs, and derived results used to investigate how pore size and pore-network structure influence mineral precipitation, transport processes, and network-scale behavior. The data can be used to reproduce the numerical analyses, evaluate the performance of the surrogate models, and further study biomineralization and reactive transport in porous media.本数据集支持采用代理辅助孔隙网络模型（surrogate-assisted pore-network models）开展孔径依赖性生物矿化（biomineralization）的评估工作。数据集包含模型输入、模拟输出与衍生结果，用于探究孔径与孔隙网络结构如何影响矿物沉淀、输运过程及网络尺度行为。该数据集可用于复现数值分析、评估代理模型（surrogate models）的性能，并可进一步开展多孔介质（porous media）中的生物矿化与反应输运（reactive transport）相关研究。
