To investigate the genetic basis of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) susceptibility, we conducted a comprehensive transcriptomic analysis of cerebral blood vessels using RNA-seq. Notably, our preliminary data revealed that mice did not develop ICH until day 7 after infusion of AngII plus L-NAME. To capture the dynamic transcriptional changes leading to ICH, we collected cerebral vessels at critical time points: day 0 (Veh, baseline), days 1, 3, and 5 post-infusion (AL1, AL3, AL5), upon ICH occurrence, and at a late time point (ICH, NICH) to identify mechanisms or causal evidence directly involved in ICH pathogenesis or protection.
