资源简介:
Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs) are RNA-binding proteins involved in processing heterogeneous nuclear RNAs (hnRNAs) into mature mRNAs. hnRNPs participate in virtually every step of mRNA cycle, such as mRNA export, localization, translation, stability and alternative splicing. Some of these hnRNPs are nucleus-localized and associated with the long non-coding hsr-omega-n RNA in the nucleoplasmic omega speckles compartments. ISWI, the catalytic subunit of several ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling complexes, is an essential factor for omega speckles organization. This data represent the whole transcriptome of 4 Drosophila null lines for the Hrb87F and Sqd hnRNPs, for the hsr-omega lncRNA and for the ISWI chromatin remodeler ATP-ase subunit, along with an RNAi line for TBPH hnRNP and a wt Oregon line. The aim of this total RNA-Seq experiment is to elucidate the biological function of the omega speckles nuclear compartment by comparing differential gene expression across these mutants.
