USGS Surface Water Data Scraper

These two scripts can be used to pull all of the water quality and flow data from the USGS "Surface-Water Daily Data for the Nation" page. They are currently configured to only consider data types in coastal states and within the categories of ocean, coastal, estuary, and tidal stream. The first script concerns pulling relevant URL parameters to the location of these data, and the second script cleans the URLs and retrieves the data.
