Whole-genome sequencing to characterize genetic variation in the MutaMouse transgenic rodent mutation model

The goal of this study is to determine the population SNPs, indels, and structural variants present within two separate colonies of the MutaMouse transgenic rodent mutation model. The information can be used to better understand the biology of the important MutaMouse model and to eliminate population variants when using the model for genetic toxicology studies (e.g., screening for de novo mutations).
