Coastal Access Locations

This layer documents the locations and facilities of the beach access points and coastal features of interest documented by the California Coastal Access Guide and the Experience the California Coast guidebook series. The California Coastal Access Points and attributes layer was created to make the information provided by the above mentioned guidebooks available in a digital geographic information system (GIS) format. The point locations and attributes are as accurate as the source material. The points and attributes should be used for planning purposes only.
