Bulk ATAC sequencing in HUVEC after ZBTB16-repression

ZBTB16 is a transcription factor that is known to induce or repress gene expression. RNA sequencing data from ZBTB16-silenced mice showed that ZBTB16-deletion induces an aged-like phenotype in endothelial cells. In order to understand how ZBTB16 alters gene expression in endothelial cells, ATAC-seq was performed on HUVEC after siTNA-mediated ZBTB16-silencing. Overall design: HUVEC were transfected with siRNA pools targeting ZBTB16 or with non-targeting siRNAs. Three days after transfection, cells were lysed.
