Photographic dataset of ducks bones with code for cataloging skeletal elements and species.

This record contains:

A dataset consists of 1833 photographs of avifauna remains, mainly ducks. The photos are organised into two zip folders. In one folder, the photographs were divided to classify the skeletal element with a Convolutional Neural Network. In the other folder, the dataset was organised for bird species classification.

Codes for the classification of photographs of skeletal findings of avifauna. A Convolutional Neural Network is implemented in the first code to classify the skeletal element. The second code implements a Convolutional Neural Network with Random Forest for bird species classification.
