(1)数据适用范围:浙江省舟山市 (2)数据内容:浙江省舟山市朱家尖蜈蚣峙码头的慈航广场停车场、禅意小镇立体停车楼、松帽尖应急停车场等停车管理过程中,对停车场的实时空余车位数据进行采集,并计算停车推荐指数后,推送给意向车主。 (3)数据应用场景:对采集的实时空余车位数据进行核验后,为互联网地图的车主用户提供目的地附近的停车场位置、导航路线以及空余停车位,供车主选择合适的停车场前往停车,方便社会公众使用停车场,疏导路面交通。该数据产品基于舟山海星轮船有限公司开发的停车场管理系统提供的停车场详细数据,比如停车场类型(地上、地下、路侧)、营业时间、收费与否、收费标准、所在位置、剩余车位等,方便互联网地图厂商根据用户当时的情况,推荐合适的停车场给用户。(1)数据清洗:对数据集进行清洗,包括去除异常数据、处理缺失值、以及每周核对一次过夜驻留车辆数。 (2)数据获取:当车辆驶入停车场时,摄像头实时抓取及道闸设备识别的停车场车辆出入信息,将车辆出入场数据传输到停车系统,基于停车场总车位数据和已入场驻留车辆数据进行计算。 (3)计算规则: ①计算空余车位:根据停车场入口和出口闸机的统计数据,实时计算进出车辆数据。具体算法如下:停车场总停车位Z(个),当日驶入车辆总数R(辆),驶出车辆总数C(辆),过夜驻留车辆Y(辆),则实时空余停车位K(个) = 停车场总停车位Z(个)-过夜驻留车辆Y(辆)-当日驶入车辆总数R(辆)+驶出车辆总数C(辆)。 ②计算停车容量利用率:停车容量利用率=(停车场总停车位Z(个)-实时空余停车位K(个))/停车场总停车位Z(个)*100%;泊位空闲度=实时空余停车位K(个)/停车场总停车位Z(个)*100%;时段分类基于停车容量利用率分析的算法规则。该规则通过计算每个时间点的停车容量利用率来定义高峰时段(停车容量利用率≥70%)、低谷时段(停车容量利用率≤30%)和平峰时段(30%<停车容量利用率<70%)。 ③计算停车场推荐指数:推荐指数=1/停车容量利用率/停车场离码头距离(km)。其中停车场离码头的距离,根据停车场的经纬度和地图路径来计算。

This enables internet map vendors to recommend suitable parking lots to users based on their real-time conditions. 1. Data Cleaning: Clean the dataset by removing abnormal data, handling missing values, and conducting weekly checks on the number of overnight parked vehicles. 2. Data Acquisition: When a vehicle enters or exits a parking lot, real-time vehicle access information is captured by cameras and identified by barrier gate equipment. The vehicle access data is transmitted to the parking system, and calculations are performed based on the total number of parking spaces of the lot and the data of currently parked vehicles in the lot. 3. Calculation Rules: ① Calculation of Real-time Available Parking Spaces: Calculate real-time vehicle entry and exit data based on the statistical data of the parking lot's entrance and exit barrier gates. The specific algorithm is as follows: Let Z represent the total number of parking spaces (units), R represent the total number of vehicles entering on the current day (units), C represent the total number of vehicles exiting on the current day (units), and Y represent the number of overnight parked vehicles (units). Then the real-time available parking spaces K (units) = Z - Y - R + C. ② Calculation of Parking Capacity Utilization and Related Indicators: Parking capacity utilization rate = (Total parking spaces Z - Real-time available parking spaces K) / Total parking spaces Z * 100%; Berth vacancy rate = Real-time available parking spaces K / Total parking spaces Z * 100%. Time period classification is based on the algorithm rules for parking capacity utilization rate analysis. This rule defines peak periods (parking capacity utilization rate ≥ 70%), off-peak periods (parking capacity utilization rate ≤ 30%) and mid-peak periods (30% < parking capacity utilization rate < 70%) by calculating the parking capacity utilization rate at each time point. ③ Calculation of Parking Lot Recommendation Index: Recommendation index = 1 / (Parking capacity utilization rate * Distance from the parking lot to the wharf (km)). The distance from the parking lot to the wharf is calculated based on the parking lot's longitude and latitude and map routing.
