资源简介:
Gα12 is an alpha subunit of heterotrimeric G proteins that activates the downstream pathways from G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) signals. Gα12 overexpression enhances hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) malignancy, promoting cancer migration and microvascular invasion. Also, it activates hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) and thereby facilitates the progression of liver fibrosis. However, upregulated Gα12 in hepatocytes by acetaminophen (APAP) mechanically has been scarcely explored. This study provides an evaluation of changes in gene expression using liver samples obtained from WT and Gα12KO mice treated with APAP. Examination of RNA expression in mouse livers obtained from WT and Gα12KO treated with vehicle and APAP.
