Replication package for "Exact and Scalable Auditing of Top-k Boundaries under Compressed Interval Records"

Replication package for the manuscript "Exact and Scalable Auditing of Top-k Boundaries under Compressed Interval Records". It contains the processed records of the primary application (7,197 sector–occupation cells, constructed in an earlier unpublished study; no personal data) and a frozen extract of CDC PLACES County Data 2025 (https://data.cdc.gov/d/swc5-untb). It also includes all analysis code: the exact boundary-audit algorithms, the first-conflict-time algorithm for exact budget thresholds, compiled C baselines, the factorial sensitivity analysis and the figure scripts. Running `python run_all.py` reproduces every table and figure. The README maps each manuscript item to its script and output, and documents the ordering and tie rule.Version 1.1 adds the script for the direction-of-movement and declared-bound results and measures all bisection timings directly.
