Replication Data for: Retrieval of NO2 profiles from 3 years of Pandora MAX-DOAS measurements in Toronto, Canada

This dataset contains the Pandora optimal estimation profiling data for Downsview (43.78 °N, 79.47 °W, 186 m a.s.l.) in Toronto, Canada from 2018–2020 used in 'Retrieval of NO2 profiles from 3 years of Pandora MAX-DOAS measurements in Toronto, Canada' by Alwarda et al. (2025). Each netCDF file is a yearly file that includes: (1) the NO2 or O4 dSCDs retrieved from Pandora MAX-DOAS UV measurements and used in the HeiPro profile retrievals, (2) the retrieved NO2 or AOD profiles from HeiPro along with other outputs for each profile such as errors, DOFS, averaging kernels, etc. This dataset also contains the GEM-MACH model data from 2018–2020 for Downsview (NO2 profiles, partial columns, and surface values) as a csv file.
