Each folder contains flow cytometry standard (FCS) files from a staining panel to identify B cells, germinal center B cells, and plasma cells on a specific day relative to primary influenza A virus infection (day 0, day 14, day 70, day 75, day 77). In the publication, the germinal center B data is presented in Figure 5 and Table S9. The number and percentage of total B cells is presented in Tables S5 and S6 and plasma cell data is presented in Table S9.
