Heightened among-individual variation in life history but not morphology is related to developmental temperature in reptiles
收藏资源简介:
Datasets and code to reproduce meta-analysis for: "Heightened among-individual variation in life history but not morphology is related to developmental temperature in reptiles". The datasets are broken up into five trait-based datasets that were extracted from the Reptile Development Database (https://repdevo.com):
devdatReorg_sub.csv = Growth
perfdatReorg_sub.csv = Performace
sizedatReorg_sub_updated.csv = Morphology
taildat.csv = Tail length
survdatReorg_sub.csv = Survival

Descriptions of the data columns can be found at https://repdevo.com. We added the following columns:"pairgrp" = rows with the same number share animals are non-independent "collapse" = A numerical indicator (e.g., 1, 2,3) indicating which effects to average. Rows with the same numbers are averaged.
The code used for analysis is also provided:
analyses_CleanedAMS_lnCV_ls_18April.R
Given Bayesian models can take some time to run. We have also provided the survival models:
BayesianMCMCglmm_Surv_model_zTrans - z-transfomed to improve mixing and convergence
