Dissecting the prokaryote-eukaryote interplay in microbial mats from Salar de Huasco, Chile

We aimed at identifying the environmental drivers influencing the assembly of both, prokaryotic and eukaryotic communities, from microbial mats and underlying sediment of various sites in the Salar de Huasco with different physicochemical conditions.
