pea plants movement trajectories

The dataset is composed of csv. files, which is 3D coordinates of individual pea plant movement trajectories in the presence/absence of the support. File name "P" &amp; "S" Files start with "P" are the plants grow in absence of the support; files start with "S" are the plants grow with the presence of the support. <br> File number There are 32 plants in total. 19 plants are the plants grow in absence of the support, 13 are the plants grow with the presence of the support. The number of the file such as "01", is the number of the individuals. <br> File name "tendrils", "wrist" Different anatomical landmarks are also included here, they are tendrils (named as "tendrils" in the files) and the node of the tendrils (names as "wrist" in the files).
