In the context of global warming and increased nitrogen deposition, soil microbial diversity plays a key role in the alpine meadow ecosystem function of the Tibetan Plateau, but how the plant-soil microbial relationship responds to climate change remains unclear. However, whether plant diversity mediates the response of soil microbial diversity to temperature increase and nitrogen deposition is unclear. In this study, the changes of soil microbial diversity and the response mechanism of plant community diversity and soil characteristics to soil microbial diversity in the alpine meadow of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau under climate change were investigated through field experiments of simulated warming and nitrogen deposition.
