To investigate the gene expression change by disrupting IL-6 in cachectic C26 tumor in mice, we performed bulk RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of C26 wild-type and C26 IL-6KO tumor in CD2F1 mice. RNA-seq data demonstrates disrupting IL-6 in C26 cells altered immune response in the tumor.
