Tissue-specific transcriptomics of the Brassica napus - Sclerotinia sclerotiorum interaction uncovers novel regulators of plant immunity

Using a combination of laser microdissection coupled with high-throughput RNA sequencing we profiled the epidermis, mesophyll and vascular leaf tissue layers in response to S. sclerotiorum.
