Concatenation-based species trees

Concatenation-based species trees in newick format. Each data set typically has four trees, including the previously reported tree, as well as the trees inferred by RAxML, IQ-TREE, and FastTree. Trees generated by independent RAxML searches (i.e. from independent starting trees) and by replicate IQ-TREE analyses are also included.本数据集收录基于串联法构建的Newick格式（Newick format）物种树。每个数据集通常包含四棵物种树：其一为已发表的参考树，其余三棵分别由RAxML、IQ-TREE与FastTree推断得到。此外，本数据集还包含通过独立RAxML搜索（即基于不同初始树的搜索）以及重复IQ-TREE分析所生成的物种树。
