Transcriptomic changes induced by the environment in R. spinulosa and proposes candidate genes for local adaptation to temperature. A common garden experiment was designed with larvae obtained from three different habitats: El Tatio (geyser), Catarpe and Farellones (ponds with variable temperature). Larvae from these three localities and of two different developmental stages (Gosner stages 36 and 42, pre-matamorphic and metamorphic, respectively) were experimentally exposed to temperatures of 20 ºC and 25 ºC.
