UV Spectral Dataset for the Authentication of Indonesian Specialty Ground Roasted Coffee

GIs arabica coffee from Gayo Aceh (96 samples), GIs liberica coffee from Meranti-Riau (119 samples), and GIs robusta coffee from Lampung (150 samples) with 1 g weight of each sample. All samples were extracted using hot distilled water and 3 mL aqueous filtered samples were pipetted into a 10 mm quartz cell. Original UV spectral datasets were recorded in the range of 190-399 nm本数据集包含来自亚齐省加约（Gayo Aceh）产区的地理标志（Geographical Indication，GI）阿拉比卡咖啡样品96份、廖内省美兰地-廖内（Meranti-Riau）产区的地理标志利比里卡咖啡样品119份，以及楠榜省（Lampung）产区的地理标志罗布斯塔咖啡样品150份，每份样品重量均为1克。所有样品均采用热蒸馏水进行提取，移取3 mL过滤后的水溶液样品至10 mm石英比色皿中。原始紫外（UV）光谱数据集的采集波长范围为190~399 nm。
