MatRecData: Material and Process Named Entity Recognition Dataset for EDLC

This dataset contains material and process data for Electric Double Layer Capacitor (EDLC) data in IOB format. This dataset has been annotated and verified by domain experts. This dataset has 5520 rows and 4 columns. The first column represents the Document ID, the second column represents the Sentence ID, the third column contains the word, and the fourth column contains the material or process tag in IOB format. This dataset contains data for 10 annotated documents among 50 documents.本数据集包含采用IOB格式标注的双电层电容器（Electric Double Layer Capacitor，EDLC）相关材料与工艺数据。本数据集已由领域专家完成标注与核验工作。该数据集共计5520行数据，包含4列字段。各列具体含义如下：第一列为文档ID，第二列为句子ID，第三列为对应词汇，第四列为采用IOB格式标注的材料或工艺标签。本数据集涵盖了50份原始文档中10份已标注文档的相关数据。
