SNPs used for non-invasive prenatal "detection" of GCK mutations by relative haplotype dosage (RHDO). Contains two types of data: 1) SNP genotyping of the parents and (a) first-degree relative(s) to phase parental haplotypes, 2) SNP genotyping of circulating cell-free DNA from maternal plasma, to determine which parental haplotypes are present in the fetus. The later have "plasma" in the sample name.
