Comparative and population genomic analyses of chromosome rearrangements in Brenthis butterflies

We compared genome assemblies and analysed resequence data to investigate how chromosome rearrangements become fixed in Brenthis butterflies. We generated a new genome assembly for B. hectate, as well as resequence data for five individuals. The submission also includes RNA-seq data for B. hecate and Fabriciana adippe that was used for genome annotation.
