资源简介:
As a unique glandular organ, the mammary gland is composed of epithelial cells, adipose cells and fibroblasts. Among them, epithelial cells are the most important cells constituting the mammary gland and the only lactating cells. The aging of epithelial cells will lead to changes in the micro-environment in the mammary gland, which will affect the health of the mammary gland and accelerate the aging of the mammary gland. At present, relevant studies have also shown that gut microbiota plays an important role in the aging of tissues and organs. Fecal transplantation of young mice to old mice can reverse the aging of gut tract and brain by regulating the abundance of gut microbiota such as Lactobacillus, Prevotella and Bifidobacterium. Therefore, the aging process of a tissue or organ is not solely influenced by the cells within its own body, but also by the gut microbiota and their metabolites, which have a significant impact on both humans and animals. Puerarin can slow down breast aging by regulating the abundance of intestinal flora.
