All rights reserved. <strong>Abstract:</strong> Deliverable D1.1 of the Custodian Project gathers information on the features and mechanisms of generation of metallurgical defects that could be found after Laser powder bed fusion and Laser beam welding. Data are mainly obtained from a literature survey on available open publications. The reference materials for the project activities are the CM247LC and IN713LC alloys for LPBF and the AISI 304L austenitic stainless steel for LBW.
