This dataset compiles sediment observation data including sediment transport volume measured at hydrological stations on the main streams and tributaries of the Yellow River Basin from 2015 to 2019. The dataset consists of two Excel files: the first is Main Stream Control Hydrological Stations, which records the annual average sediment concentration values of each basin segment for the key main stream hydrological stations in the Yellow River Basin during 2015–2019; the second is Key Tributary Control Hydrological Stations, which records the observation data of key hydrological stations on the tributaries from 2015 to 2019.
