Whole transcriptome sequencing was performed on tumors collected from patients before and after hydroxyprogesterone exposure and controls. By comparing the gene expression patterns in exposed and unexposed groups, we aim to understand the molecular basis of action of hydroxyprogesterone on primary breast tumors in peri-operative setting.
