Replication data for: Seroprevalence and risk factors of SARS-CoV-2 infection in an urban informal settlement in Nairobi, Kenya, December 2020

The dataset was generated from members of randomly selected households from an existing population-based infectious disease surveillance (PBIDS) who participated in a serosurvey. The participated provided blood specimens between 27th November and 5th December 2020 after consenting. The specimens were tested for antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein using the Wantai SARS-CoV-2 two-step antigen sandwich enzyme immunoassay kit (Wantai Biological Pharmacy Enterprise Ltd, Beijing, China).本数据集来源于一项现有基于人群的传染病监测（Population-based Infectious Disease Surveillance, PBIDS）项目中，参与血清学调查的随机抽选家庭的成员。所有参与者在签署知情同意书后，于2020年11月27日至12月5日期间采集并提交了血液样本。本次检测采用北京万泰生物药业股份有限公司生产的万泰SARS-CoV-2两步抗原夹心酶免疫分析法试剂盒，对所有血液样本中的SARS-CoV-2刺突蛋白抗体进行检测。
