Lipidomics data of serum and tumor interstitial fluid from early-stage and late-stage MC38 tumor-bearing mice

This dataset contains LC-MS/MS lipid abundance data from tumor interstitial fluid and serum of MC38 tumor-bearing mice, comparing non-tumor-bearing, early-stage, and late-stage tumor groups (n = 3 per group). Data were acquired using an Orbitrap Fusion Lumos Tribrid mass spectrometer in positive and negative ion modes. See the included README for full methodology, sample nomenclature, and file description.
