资源简介:
This study aims to investigate bacterial communities involved in phosphorus turnover in drilosphere at different soil depths, thus we compared the bacterial communities in the drilosphere with those in the bulk soil, at 0-10 cm depth (topsoil) and 60-70 cm depth (subsoil). We performed Illumina amplicon sequencing by targeting the 16S rRNA gene and the genes coding for alkaline phosphatases (phoD), quinoprotein glucose dehydrogenase (gcd), low-affinity inorganic phosphate transporter (pitA), and high-affinity phosphate transporter (pstS). Extraction blanks and PCR no-templates control were included as a negative control for each sequencing run.
