This SEPP contains planning provisions which:\r\n\r\n- identify State or regionally significant development, State significant Infrastructure, and critical State significant infrastructure\r\n- provide for consideration of development delivery plans by local Aboriginal land councils in planning assessment\r\n- allow the Planning Secretary to elect to be the concurrence authority for certain development that requires concurrence under nominated State environmental planning policies. \r\n\r\nThis SEPP has consolidated and repealed the:\r\n\r\n- SEPP (State and Regional Development) 2011 \r\n- SEPP (Aboriginal Land) 2019\r\n- SEPP (Concurrences and Consents) 2018\r\n
