To investigate the function of LRIG11 in regulating the differentiation of polyclonal CD8 tumor infiltrating T cells during the response to B16melanoma, we isolated CD8 T cells on day 18 post vaccine treatment and examined gene transcription at single cell level WT and LRIG1 KO CD8 T cells were isolated from pooled B16 melanoma tumor tissues from 8-10 mice for each. Cells were processed using 10x genomics platform for extracting RNA and build single cell library for subsequent RNAseq analysis
