Intestinal microbiota of Cynoglossus semiliaevis

Cynoglossus semiliaevis fish were fed three experimental diets, control (CT) group with basal diet and two bile acid supplementary diets (300 mg/kg and 900 mg/kg basal diet, respectively, BA1 and BA2). After an 8-week feeding trial, middle intestine were used to 16S rDNA-seq. The study goals were to analyse the differences of intestinal microbiota among different dietary groups.
