Duplex sequencing of mutation frequency in HEK293 cells expressing LIG1 WT and K845N

This project contains raw duplex sequencing data generated to measure mutation frequency in HEK293 cells stably overexpressing LIG1 WT or the K845N variant. Cells were treated with menadione to induce oxidative stress and allowed to recover for 48 hours prior to genomic DNA extraction. Duplex sequencing was performed to quantify mutation frequencies under these conditions.
