资源简介:
A cross-sectional study was conducted on nine regency communities in the province of Bali, Indonesia to determine the impact of COVID-19 on the mental health of the Balinese people. Bali Province (an island) is one of the provinces in Indonesia and has an area of 5,780.06 square kilometers. The province of Bali is divided into nineth regencies; Badung, Denpasar, Gianyar, Klungkung, Bangli, Karangasem, Buleleng, Tabanan, and Jembrana. The research data was collected online as well as through a paper-based survey. The survey was conducted from 18 July to 22 September 2021 in the second wave of the covid-19 outbreak. At the time of this survey, the number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia and the Bali region was at its highest peak, with more than 54,000 reported cases in the second week of July throughout Indonesia. Specifically, in Bali, it reached more than 1,900 in the second week of August. This survey was conducted using three types of scales, namely DASS (21 items), CD RISC (25 items), and PGWBI (22 items). JASP version 0.13.1 was used to analyze descriptive statistical data (frequency, percentage, and mean) and to analyze the statistical tests (chi-squared, regression, and ANOVA). The chi-square test was conducted to assess the categorical variables of depression, anxiety, stress, resilience, and psychological well-being. Binary logistic regression was used to assess the significant variables in the bivariate analysis. Logistic regression findings were interpreted with 95% confidence intervals. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was also carried out to assess differences between sociodemographic variables, Covid-19 history, and Covid-19 vaccine acquisition status in respondents. Participants' responses to the open questionnaire were analyzed descriptively to find the key factors related to depression, anxiety, stress, and the factors that support feelings of participant well-being during the Covid-19 pandemic.
