In this paper, garden ginseng (R1, R2, R3, R4) and perennial wild-simulated ginseng (LX) cultivated for 1 to 4 years in Tonghua City, Jilin Province, and their rhizosphere soil were studied to compare and analyze the changes and correlations of soil aggregate stability, soil physicochemical properties, ginseng growth quality and root mycorrhizal indexes under dif-ferent cultivation years and methods. High-throughput sequencing technology and bioinfor-matics methods were used to analyze the differences in rhizosphere soil AMF community structure, further analyze the driving effects of soil aggregate stability, soil physicochemical properties, and ginseng growth quality on rhizosphere AMF community structure, and clarify the community assembly mechanism, providing a theoretical basis for the health manage-ment and sustainable development of ginseng industry.
