Pseudomonas aeruginosa exacerbates bladder cancer progression through activating cancer-driven immunosuppression

The objective of this study was to investigate transcriptomic alterations induced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the murine bladder cancer cell line MB49. A total of six libraries were generated, including three biological replicates of MB49 cells co-cultured with Pseudomonas aeruginosa at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 5 for 6 hours and three untreated control replicates. High-quality total RNA was extracted and subjected to paired-end 150 bp RNA sequencing on the Illumina HiSeq platform.
